Rates of pay are £7.57 per hour rising to £8.12 once all probation requirements have been completed

Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse within an acquired brain injury unit you will be serving clients predominantly between the ages of 18-65 years.

You will be clinically skilled (including management of tracheostomies and enteral feeding) with good interpersonal and communication skills.

You will be an excellent team worker who will support the Rehabilitation Assistants and Multi disciplinary team to drive care, treatment and rehabilitation pathways for the Service users.

You will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic professional and you should be able to work both individually and as part of a team.

Neuroscience experience is desirable but not essential but you will have a keen interest in rehabilitation and a desire to learn and develop skills in this specialist field.

The position is based at our Mulberry House rehabilitation centre in St Leonards-on- Sea, East Sussex.

SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPIST X 2

Salary: Pay Band 7

Titleworth Neuro, is an expanding company within the field of Neurorehabilitation.

We are looking for 2 part time Speech and Language Therapists who are Dysphagia trained, able to deal with patients with communication difficulties both on an individual and group basis. One post is based in our Surrey Unit for 2 days a week and the other post for 3 days in our Sussex Unit.  For the Sussex post the successful candidate should have experience working with patients with tracheotomies. The ideal candidate will be working within multi disciplinary teams and will be based in the service’s residential rehabilitation centres. They will need to hold a degree in Speech and Language Therapy, be HPC registered and a member of the RCSLT. You should have experience of working with people with a range of neurological conditions, in particular those with complex disability and acquired brain injury.

You will have good communication skills with a flexible and resourceful approach to therapeutic interventions.

The company encourages CPD and provides regular supervision from an experienced senior occupational therapist.

Physiotherapists x 2

Salary: Pay Band 6 We are currently looking for 2 experienced Physiotherapists with enthusiasm and interest in the speciality of neurorehabilitation.  The posts will be based at our Neurorehabilitation Unit in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex where you will be part of our multi-disciplinary team. Your role will include completing assessments and providing rehabilitation for our residents, working with Rehab. Assistants to deliver ongoing strategies for improvement. You should have experience of working with people with a range of neurological conditions, in particular those with complex disability and acquired brain injury.  Experience in Respiratory Management would be desirable. You will have good communication skills with a flexible and resourceful approach to therapeutic interventions.  The posts will include some weekend working which would be undertaken on a rotational basis.
