Rehabilitation

We believe that anyone who has sustained a brain injury has the right to a tailor-made treatment programme, designed to meet their needs as an individual, whatever those needs may be. This means expert, focused and personal care at every stage of recovery, from post-hospital rehab to ongoing long-term community support.

Titleworth Neuro’s Managed Pathway Programme is committed to our clients as individuals, so that every course of treatment is adapted to provide optimum support and rehabilitation. Our goal is to see everyone we help gain as much independence as possible, alongside reintegration into society, a renewed sense of confidence and control of their own life choices.

We provide residential accommodation for adults who are medically stable and ready to leave hospital, but who still require specialist, therapy-led rehabilitation. Our 24/7 support includes:
  • Neuro-psychology
  • Occupational therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Speech and language therapy
  • Frequent progress reporting and a regular support plan review
  • Group sessions, home programmes and community reintegration activities
