Managed Pathway
Our Managed Pathway Programme has been developed on the premise that everyone we help is a unique individual, with unique needs. As their neuro-recovery progresses, our support evolves to cater for them at every stage, promoting independence, confidence, control and self-respect.
Core therapies such as neuro-psychology, occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech and language therapy are offered to service users within a tailor-made programme, with carers working in constant collaboration with residents and their families. All individual rehabilitation programmes are overseen by ABI Case Managers, and therapies are supplemented with group sessions, home programmes and community reintegration activities.
The Managed Pathway Programme is designed to provide seamless support in all areas of neuro rehabilitation, and can be entered into at any stage of recovery; these stages are defined as Acute, Post Acute, Transitional, Supported Living and Independent through home support. Within our purpose-built, modern and award-winning residential accommodation, each resident is managed throughout by a highly skilled Case Manager and specialist neuro-therapist team.
