Programs

Rehabilitation programmes are essential in regaining lost skills, independence and confidence following a brain injury, and with the right support, individuals can return to fulfilling, purposeful and productive lives. Choosing the best possible therapy is crucial, which is why we offer an array of specialist rehabilitation services, ensuring that the right programme can be developed for everyone we support.
Our programmes include:
Active Transitional Therapy – Occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech and language pathology, as well as group sessions, home programmes and community reintegration activities.
Medical Care – Within the comfort and support of our residential accommodation, our team of medical professionals and neuro-therapists provide 24 hour care and support as directed by the client’s GP.
Semi-Independent Living – Community homes and apartments offer a transitional, safe and supportive environment in which clients take critical steps towards their own independence.
Supported Living - For ongoing care, we can provide homely residential settings or community homes, with therapeutic groups, frequent community outings and recreational activities.
Respite Care – Families caring for those with a brain injury may occasionally need supplemental, short-term care for their loved one, and we welcome them into a homely, comfortable and sociable environment.
ABI Buddies - Individuals who are living in their own homes can rely on us to provide ongoing support, such as meal preparation, shopping, money management and trips out.
Vocational Training - For restoring self-confidence and self-respect, nothing compares to a pay cheque and a job well done; Titleworth Neuro’s Vocational Programme allows our clients to both learn new skills and regain old ones.
